The United States government announced that it will reopen its borders to European visitors beginning in November 2021. Travelers are permitted if they can provide proof of vaccination and a negative covid test with 72 hours of arrival.
According to Jeff Zients, the head of the White House Covid Response Team, the Center for Disease Control would determine which vaccines will be accepted. The U.S travel ban of Europeans was enacted in March 2020 by former President Donald Trump.
